Dust removal and purification Series
Applicable pollutants: production dust, welding fumes, cutting particles, boiler fumes, etc.
Core technology
Bag-type dust collector: It efficiently filters fine dust, has a large air handling capacity, and is suitable for high-concentration and continuous dust working conditions.
Cartridge dust collector: It occupies a small area, has high filtration accuracy, is easy to maintain, and is suitable for dispersed and intermittent dust sources.
Electrostatic precipitator: It is suitable for the treatment of high-temperature and high-volume smoke and dust, with low operating resistance and relatively low energy consumption.

Organic waste gas (VOCs) treatment series
Applicable pollutants: Volatile organic compounds, such as benzene, toluene, xylene, non-methane total hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, etc.
Core technology
Activated carbon adsorption/desorption device: Suitable for medium and low concentration and large air volume VOCs waste gas. Purification is carried out through the efficient adsorption of activated carbon and can be equipped with a desorption and regeneration system to achieve resource recycling and reduce operating costs.
Catalytic combustion equipment (RCO) : Suitable for the purification treatment of medium and high concentration VOCs. At a relatively low temperature, the flameless combustion of organic substances is achieved through a catalyst, converting them into harmless CO₂ and H₂ O. The heat energy recovery efficiency is high and the operation is economical.
Regenerative thermal Oxidizer (RTO) : It is suitable for high-concentration and complex VOCs waste gas. The heat is efficiently recovered through ceramic heat storage bodies, with a purification efficiency of over 99%, making it the preferred solution for treating high-concentration waste gas.
UV photo-oxygen catalytic equipment: It utilizes high-energy ultraviolet light beams to decompose malodorous gases and some organic molecules, and is suitable for the pretreatment of low-concentration and high-volume odors and VOCs.
Biological deodorization equipment: It utilizes the metabolic action of microorganisms to degrade malodorous gases (such as H₂S, NH₃, etc.), with low operating costs and no secondary pollution. It is suitable for scenarios such as sewage treatment and garbage stations.
Acidic and alkaline waste gas treatment series
Applicable pollutants: sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, nitric acid mist, hydrofluoric acid, ammonia gas, alkali mist, etc.
Core technology: Acid/alkali waste gas scrubber tower (spray tower).
It adopts the principle of countercurrent contact between gas and liquid, and neutralizes and absorbs the acidic and alkaline components in the waste gas through specific chemical absorption liquids (such as NaOH solution, sulfuric acid solution). It has a high purification efficiency, is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
Composite and customized processing systems
Solution features: For complex mixed waste gas components (such as comprehensive waste gas containing dust, oil, and VOCs), we offer a combined process design of "pretreatment + core treatment + deep purification".
Typical process: Gas collection hood/pipeline → Dust removal/cooling pretreatment → VOCs core treatment (RCO/RTO/ adsorption) → Acid mist washing → Fan → Standard discharge. Ensure that each type of pollutant is removed in a targeted manner to achieve full compliance at the final discharge outlet.
