Reverse osmosis (RO) pure water system
System Overview: Utilizing internationally renowned brand membrane elements, the raw water is made to pass through the RO membrane by a high-pressure pump, effectively removing over 99% of dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, and organic matter from the water. This is the core process section for preparing pure water.
Technical features
The core membrane elements can be selected from well-known imported or domestic brands (such as Dow, Hydranautics, Huitong, etc.), featuring high desalination rate and strong anti-pollution performance.
Fully automatic control, equipped with low-pressure protection, water shortage protection, automatic flushing, online water quality monitoring and other functions.
The modular design allows for flexible configuration of pretreatment units (such as multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, softening, etc.) based on the quality of the raw water and the requirements of the produced water.
Energy-saving design, with optional energy recovery devices or high-efficiency booster pumps to reduce operating costs.
Typical applications: boiler feed water, electroplating and coating, cleaning in the electronics industry, chemical batching, water for food and beverages, etc.
2. EDI ultra-pure water equipment
System Overview: By filling ion exchange resin between electrodialysis membranes, deep ion removal and continuous electrical regeneration of the resin are achieved under the action of a direct current electric field. There is no need for acid-base chemical regeneration, and ultra-pure water with a resistivity as high as 15-18.25 MΩ·cm can be stably produced.
Technical features
Continuous operation ensures stable water quality, with no chemical pollution or waste acid and alkali emissions, making it environmentally friendly and green.
Fully automatic operation, simple maintenance, significantly reducing labor and consumable costs.
It is usually integrated with the RO system and serves as a fine treatment unit for deep desalination.
Typical applications: microelectronics, semiconductors, photovoltaics, liquid crystal panels, high-end laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, ultra-high pressure boilers in power plants, etc.
3. Medical purified water equipment
System Overview: It is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the water quality requirements for purified water stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The materials, structure and disinfection methods of the system all comply with GMP and relevant hygiene standards.
Technical features
It is made of 316L sanitary grade stainless steel, and the pipelines are connected with sanitary grade clamps, featuring a design without dead corners.
Equipped with a complete disinfection and sterilization unit (such as pasteurization, ozone or ultraviolet), it ensures that the microorganisms in the system are controllable.
It is equipped with complete online water quality monitoring (conductivity, TOC, etc.) and data recording/traceability functions.
Typical applications: Purified water production in pharmaceutical factories, central supply rooms in hospitals, preparation rooms, biological product manufacturing, cleaning of medical devices, etc.
4. Integrated pure water/ultrapure water integrated system
System Overview: The pre-treatment, RO, EDI/ polishing mixed bed, ultraviolet sterilization, terminal filtration and other modules are highly integrated into a compact rack or container, which is plug-and-play.

It occupies a small area, is easy to install and reduces on-site engineering volume.
