Ii. Core Design Features
Underground structure, environmentally friendly
The main equipment is buried underground, and the surface can be restored as green space, parking lot or square, which saves precious land resources and does not affect the landscape and ground activities.
It has good heat preservation performance, and the internal temperature of the equipment is stable, which is conducive to the growth of microorganisms and ensures the treatment effect in the low-temperature environment of winter.
The equipment operates with low noise and no odor leakage, achieving harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment.
Advanced technology, stable compliance
According to the quality of the raw water and the discharge standards (usually Grade B or Grade A of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" GB18918-2002), mainstream processes such as A/O (anaerobic-aerobic), A²/O (anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic), SBR, and MBR (Membrane bioreactor) should be flexibly selected.
It can efficiently remove major pollutants such as COD, BOD₅, NH₃-N, SS, total nitrogen and total phosphorus. The effluent is clear and can stably meet the designed discharge requirements.
Highly integrated, intelligent operation
The units such as the regulating tank, biological treatment tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, sludge tank and equipment room are modularly integrated into one, featuring a compact structure.
Equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and cloud platform remote monitoring (optional), it realizes automatic start and stop of equipment, fault alarm, remote monitoring and adjustment of operating parameters, without the need for dedicated personnel to stand by, greatly reducing management costs.
Excellent material and long service life
The main tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment (multi-layer epoxy asphalt/fiberglass reinforced plastic anti-corrosion) or reinforced fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and anti-aging performance, and its service life can reach more than 20 years.
Low energy consumption and easy maintenance
Adopt high-efficiency and energy-saving core components such as aeration fans and water pumps.
It is designed with dedicated manholes and inspection ports, facilitating daily inspection, maintenance and sludge cleaning.
