Core technology and working principle
Technical principle: Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes are adopted, with pore sizes ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 microns. Under the drive of water pressure, water molecules and small molecules pass through the membrane wall to become "product water", while all particles larger than the membrane pore size, bacteria (>0.1µm), and most viruses (>0.01µm) are completely retained, achieving solid-liquid separation.
Filtration method: Cross-flow filtration or full-flow filtration mode can be selected, effectively reducing membrane fouling and adapting to different raw water qualities.
Automatic cleaning: Integrating air-water dual washing and chemically enhanced backwashing programs, it can effectively restore membrane flux and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
