Ii. Working Principle: Intelligent Ion exchange
The core of the system is a tank filled with high-quality food-grade cation exchange resin. Automatic workflow loop
Softening: Hard water flows through the resin layer, where calcium and magnesium ions in the water exchange with sodium ions on the resin, producing high-quality soft water.
Regeneration (fully automatic) : When the adsorption capacity of the resin reaches saturation, the system automatically initiates the regeneration program based on the set time or flow rate. This process uses brine to clean the resin, displacing and discharging the captured calcium and magnesium ions, restoring the resin's softening capacity and automatically entering the next softening cycle. The entire process requires no human intervention.
